Returns & Exchanges

At ETQ Amsterdam, we strive for perfection in every pair, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All products must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack the Items

Place the items back in their original ETQ shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Package

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier collection point.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
